Order-card.com is operated by USHINE LIMITED. These Terms and Conditions govern orders placed through this website.
Orders, Artwork and Payment
Orders are made to the specifications selected by the customer, including product options, quantity, artwork and delivery option. Customers are responsible for reviewing submitted artwork, text, quantities, delivery details and any digital proof before approval. Payment is required before production begins.
Changes and Delivery
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout and may be affected by artwork approval, customs procedures or carrier delays.
Returns, Remakes and Refunds
Customized products are not eligible for standard returns. For an incorrect item or a production or print-quality issue, contact us within 10 days of delivery at sales@order-card.com with your order number, a description and clear photos. Verified production or print-quality issues may be resolved with a remake or refund.
