Order-card.com is operated by USHINE LIMITED in Hong Kong and serves customers in the United Kingdom and other supported markets. These Terms and Conditions govern orders placed through this website. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked in the site footer.
Orders and Payment
Orders are made to the specifications selected by the customer, including product options, quantity, artwork and delivery option. Payment is required before production begins. Available payment methods are shown during checkout and on our Payment Information page.
Artwork, Proofs and Product Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing submitted artwork, text, quantities, delivery details and any digital proof before approving an order. Colours may vary between screens, proofs and final printed products. Delays in supplying or approving artwork can affect the estimated delivery date.
Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated. Once production has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible because the product is customized for your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates depend on the selected delivery option, order quantity and destination. The final available options are shown during checkout. Estimated delivery dates may be affected by artwork approval, customs procedures or carrier delays. For United Kingdom deliveries, the checkout total includes applicable taxes and import-clearance charges. For more information, see our Shipping Policy.
Returns, Remakes and Refunds
Customized products are not eligible for standard returns. If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a production or print-quality issue, contact us within 10 days of delivery at sales@order-card.com with your order number, a description and clear photos. Verified production or print-quality issues may be resolved with a remake or refund. See our Returns Policy for details.
International Orders
For United Kingdom deliveries, applicable taxes and import-clearance charges are included in the checkout total. For other destinations, the checkout page will state the applicable charges; customers are not responsible for charges that are explicitly included in their checkout total.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, minimum quantities and available delivery options are shown on the website and confirmed during checkout. If an obvious pricing, availability or configuration error occurs, we will contact you before production to discuss the available options.
