  • What material are the metal cards made of?
    Our metal cards are made from premium stainless steel with various coating options including Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, and Black finishes. The material is durable, corrosion-resistant, and designed to last.
  • What is the standard size of metal cards?
    Our metal cards come in the standard credit card size (85.6mm x 53.98mm / 3.37" x 2.125"), which fits perfectly in any wallet or card holder.
  • What surface finishes are available?
    We offer four surface finish options:
    a) Glossy - Shiny, reflective finish
    b) Matte - Non-reflective, smooth finish
    c) Frosted - Slightly textured finish
    d) Brushed - Elegant brushed metal texture (+30%)
  • What print processes do you offer?
    We offer four print processes:
    a) Imprint - Standard printing directly on the metal
    b) Debossed - Design pressed into the metal
    c) Openwork - Cutout designs on the metal
    d) Embossed - Raised design on the metal surface (+30%)
  • What thickness options are available?
    We offer three thickness options:
    a) Standard - 0.3mm (included)
    b) Premium - 0.5mm (+40%)
    c) Premium Plus - 0.8mm (+80%)
  • Will I receive a proof before production?
    Yes! We will email you a digital proof within the same business day for your approval. Production only begins after you approve the design.
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    The minimum order quantity is 10 cards. We offer competitive pricing for larger quantities.
  • How long does production and shipping take?
    Standard production time is 7-10 business days. Rush options are available for 3-5 day or express delivery. Shipping times vary based on location.
  • Can I have different designs on each card?
    Yes! You can upload different designs or a name list, and we'll customize each card accordingly at no extra charge.
  • What file formats do you accept?
    We accept JPEG, JPG, GIF, PNG, EPS, PDF, PSD, AI, BMP, TIF, TIFF formats for design files. For name lists, we accept XLS, XLSX, CSV formats.

  • The artwork should be less than 20MB in size.
  • You can send images in the following file types: BMP, GIF, PDF, PNG, TIF, and EPS.
  • Vector files like AI, EPS, PDF as well as high-resolution artwork has to be in a minimum size of 1000 x 1000 pixels and at least 300 DPI.
